We meet with potential clients on site or over the phone to discuss remodeling goals and provide a rough cost estimation to reach those goals. This assists clients in making initial decisions about the project.

Once the design contract is enacted our team will walk you through every step to get you organized and ready for construction.
Whether it’s creating a simple floorplan, drafting blueprints with engineering and/or 3-D color renderings, this will all be part of the design stage and tailored specifically to the client’s wants and needs.
Once we have the final plan it is at this stage in the process we complete a thorough estimate encompassing the scope of work needed to reach your goals. These tasks are listed in the order in which the work will be completed, along with allowance detailed, which ensures we are offering a scope of work with total project cost that is easy to follow.

Once the estimate and designs are approved the project goes under construction contract and final planning commences. During this stage clients will work with our interior design team to make all necessary selections for the project. At the same time, the rest of the Gold Standard team will be acquiring all permits needed for the project as well as creating the production schedule, ordering materials, and organizing for construction.

Once all selections are made, building permits are in hand, and a production schedule has been created the construction phase can begin. The day before work begins in your home a member of the Gold Standard team will come on site to set dust containments, install all needed floor protection, and review the job site with the client to make sure all questions are answered before the work begins.
